A blend of old and new. . .

A turnkey design and construct project in Hunters Hill, Sydney. This design was a careful exercise in converting a delicate heritage listed structure into a modern, environmentally responsible family home. The site consisted of two derelict one room cottages dating back to the 1860’s. The design incorporated a new modern structure that linked the two cottages around an entrance courtyard. All the building materials salvaged from the site were re-used on the site together with other recycled building materials.
